EMR and EMF, also known as electromagnetic radiations and electromagnetic fields, are radio frequency radiation or wireless radiation that is emitted from all wireless devices and other electronics.
This includes cell phone towers, WiFi, cell phones, computers, TV's and other electromagnetic devices.
WHAT ARE SOME SYMPTOMS OF EMF/EMR EXPOSURE?
The symptoms most commonly experienced include dermatological symptoms (redness, tingling, and burning sensations) as well as neurasthenic and vegetative symptoms (fatigue, tiredness, concentration difficulties, dizziness, nausea, heart palpitation, and digestive disturbances).
Sensitivity to EMF has been given the general name “Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity” or EHS. It comprises nervous system symptoms like headache, fatigue, stress, sleep disturbances, skin symptoms like prickling, burning sensations and rashes, pain and ache in muscles and many other health problems.
Sleeping With Mobile Device
DO NOT under any circumstance, sleep with your mobile device under your pillow. You are asking for health issues if you do.
Do not sleep with your mobile device switched on. Signals interfere with your sleep.
Alarm Clocks
Get a battery-operated alarm clock or plug in across the room. Having your alarm clock near your head as you sleep can become the strongest influence near your body and can interfere with your sleep.
Mattress Springs
Did you know that spring mattresses can induce EMR/EMF through the coils and can even amplify EMR/EMF fields nearby, such as the wiring in the walls.
Make sure that you have space on either side of the bed and that your head is not near any electrical outlet or wiring near the wall.
Sleeping on a latex or foam mattress can also help reduce EMR's/EMF's.
WiFi Routers / Dect Phones
Wires around the house are much safer than WiFi. Switch off your WiFi router if it is not being used or disable it and just connect the Ethernet cable directly to your computer. Both of these types of radio frequency radiation (RF) are very dangerous.
Appliances Nearby
Make sure all appliances such as a TV, even if switched off on the other side of the wall is not at your headboard where you sleep. If this is the case, move them or change its location so it is not directly behind your headboard. Appliances on the other side of the wall(s) may be holding an electric charge through the night even if switched off.
Electricity / Smart Meters
These are extremely dangerous and have a very high EMR/EMF output. Make sure where you, your children or family members sleep, that there is no meter on the other side of the wall where they are sleeping.
